Whether it's through supporting family owned crystal mines or reusing shipping materials, I always try to prioritize sustainable business practices.

I make all efforts to avoid plastics and non-recyclable materials. Most bubble wrap or non-recyclable materials are repurposed from pacakges sent to me.

I prioritize creating low cost items and free resources to help make spirituality more accessible to everyone.

Charm & Tarot Readings

The reading I want is sold out, will it restock?

As of August 2024 I am conducting readings on an ongoing basis (not sure for how long). If a reading is sold out, it will likely restock within a week or so.

Restocks are always posted on TikTok and Instagram stories.

I bought a reading, now what?

Once you've purchased a reading, you'll be added to the queue of booked readings. I work in chronological order to complete readings. Depending on how many readings are ahead of you will reflect the time until your reading is emailed to you.

The current wait time for readings is ALWAYS listed on the product page (likely 10-14 business days).

I will use the information you provided in your charm reading form for your reading (the fields you filled out before clicking Add to Cart and purchasing the reading). This includes the name you want to be called, your pronouns, where to email the completed reading, and any additional comments/requests you have for your reading.

Readings are recorded on video and sent to your email within the time window. Please be sure to check your JUNK/SPAM folders!

What can I expect in my reading?

I pride myself on making each reading unique, special and highly individualized.

I select a casting cloth, oracle deck, tarot deck (and sometimes additional divination tools) specifically for you and your needs.

The reading will likely be comprised of some channeling (without any divination tools), oracle cards, tarot cards and then a scoop of charms from my charm casting box.

I always allow spirit and my intuition to guide the readings so this is just a rough idea of what to expect - it may change but it tends to follow a similar flow.

Can I buy a reading for someone else?

Yes but you need to have their consent that they would like a reading & are okay with it.

Readings are a sacred practice and I would never want to tap into someone's energy who didn't want or consent to a reading.

I'm more than happy to read for your friend or loved one, but I just need you to let me know at checkout that they're expecting their reading.

What is your style as a psychic reader?

If you request an answer to a specific question, I always try to figure it out for you. I'm an intuitive reader who loves to give practical and useful advice based on your specific situation.

If you don't have any specific requests for your reading, that's perfectly fine! We will leave it up to spirit and my intuitive abilities to see where the reading takes us.

My reading style is very honest and practical yet as a very spiritual personal myself, I tend to provide highly attuned messages.

I love for you to watch your reading and feel like you have actionable steps to attaining your desires. My favorite thing is to help you solve problems, issues and roadblocks to help you on your journey.

Can I hire you for a private event?

Shipping (USA Domestic)

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders ship within 1-4 business days. Depending on the items included in your order, it may take up to 7 business days (generally it never exceeds 7 business days).

For Domestic orders - once your order ships, they are typically delivered within 2-5 business days through USPS ground shipping.

For International orders - once your order ships, they are typically delivered around 2 weeks.

Do you offer priority shipping?

Yes! But it will cost extra.

Priority shipping is determined on a case by case basis to figure out extra shipping costs associated. Just reach out to request it.

Please let me know the items you are wanting to order so I can confirm that they can be shipped asap. Once confirmed, I will send you a personalized listing for a higher shipping fee.

I placed multiple orders, can you ship them together?

Orders placed separately will ship separately unless you reach out to me directly.

I don't feel comfortable assuming you want all your orders together & when many orders come in, sometimes I don't notice you've placed multiple orders.

Some orders are intentionally placed separately as they are intended to be gifts or are being forwarded to another recipient.

I need my item ASAP - what should I do?

Please reach out to me!

I can normally ship an item within 1-2 business days. Most often this gets your item to you within the required window.

However, on the off chance USPS ground shipping is not fast enough option, I can send a personalized listing to you for an increase in shipping costs to have it shipped priority mail.

We can make it work.

Shipping (International)

Do you ship internationally?

I am currently shipping to Canada, Australia and the UK.

I'd love to add more international locations, please let me know if there is somewhere you'd like me to ship.

My Etsy shop offers international shipping to Canada and Australia.

Please note, orders to PR, Guam, AK, HI are all considered US domestic shipping :)

Who pays duties and taxes?

The customer (you) is responsible for ALL duties and taxes that may be requested by the local border patrol agency.

Typically customs fees are a percentage determined by the total purchased value of the article(s) paid at a foreign country.

If you have any questions about a customs fee or import tax, please contact your local Customs and Border Patrol agency.

I will not answer questions or provide advice regarding duties and fees.

Why is my order taking a long time to be delivered?

I ship all orders within the same time frame but delivery will be much longer if you live outside the US.

Yes, even Canadian orders can take 2 weeks to deliver even though you're right across the border.

Orders often sit in customs, have to be approved by different bodies, and are passed from USPS to your local delivery office.

Please note, once an order leaves my shop and is shipped, it is in the hands of the post office and I CANNOT push your order through or make it deliver any faster.

I need my item ASAP - what should I do?

Please reach out to me. Chances are with an international order I cannot guarantee a speedy delivery but if you reach out I can see what I can do.

Additional costs will likely be added for priority international shipping (likely $40+ USD for shipping).

Orders

Can I return/refund/cancel an order?

If you have questions about an item, please ask BEFORE purchasing.

Once an order has been placed, I do not accept changes. Please understand that many orders are packed promptly and changes to orders are not possible.

My shop does not offer returns or refunds at this time.

Why was my order cancelled?

If you received a notification that your order was cancelled or refunded, please check your JUNK email folder.

I will email you a few business days before cancelling an order with a resolution or question.

Most often orders are cancelled because USPS cannot confirm your shipping address & therefore I cannot ship your order.

Something I want is sold out. Is it coming back in stock?

Feel free to send me a message asking about an item you're looking for. Chances are I might have it in stock still even if it's marked as sold out OR I can get it in stock for you again.

If a casting cloth is sold out, it will likely be restocked at some point. I typically restock them based on interest - so let me know you're waiting on a sold out cloth and I can make more.
