Tarot and Charm Reading FAQs

  • All readings are recorded as a private video and delivered to the email entered on the intake form. This allows you to watch your reading at your own pace and revisit it whenever you'd like.

    Please be sure to check spam/junk folder for your reading!

  • Please allow 10–14 business days for your reading to be completed (unless stated otherwise on the product listing page).

    Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or US holidays.

  • Typically one reading per month is best. Tarot is most helpful when it provides space for reflection and action.

    I generally recommend allowing enough time for the guidance from your previous reading to unfold before booking another reading on the same situation.

  • No! My goal is to provide guidance that is compassionate, empowering, and honest. Even when challenging cards appear, I focus on helping you understand the lesson, navigate the energy, and move forward with greater clarity rather than creating fear.

    If you have any topics you don't want me to explore in your reading, you can also let me know when booking.

  • Yes! But I will need to reach out to them directly to confirm they are okay with having a tarot reading.

Shipping Information

Everything you need to know about shipping your charms, crystals, tarot cards, and casting cloths

  • Most physical orders, including charm kits, casting cloths, and other shop items, ship within 3–5 business days.

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. From the shipped date, US orders typically arrive in 1-5 business days.

  • All crystals and delicate items are carefully wrapped in protective materials and cushioned to ensure they arrive safely. I always take extra care with fragile pieces!

  • International shipping is very limited. While clients from all over the world can book tarot readings with me, shipping items is a lot more challenging. If your location does not show up when trying to enter it at checkout, I likely don't ship to your location. So sorry!

  • Please first check around your property, with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. But I would give it about a day because very frequently packages can be marked as delivered a little early (thanks USPS, no clue why they do this! Lol!)

    If you're still unable to locate your package after 48 hours, please contact me and I'll be happy to help determine the next steps.

  • Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, I'm not always able to combine it with another order before shipping.

    If you've placed multiple orders, feel free to contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.

  • Depends what you're looking for! Feel free to email or DM me on social media to ask about specific items.
