Snowflake Obsidian is one of the coolest naturally occurring crystals (in my opinion). Not only is Obsidian made from volcanic glass, but these little snowflakes (also callled cristobalite) are actually tiny quartz that forms during the cooling of molten lava. I mean... how could anything be cooler than that!
